Professor Franks's students in Advanced Legal Writing are expected to read various excerpts on grammar as well as A Guide to Punctuation, all from the Associated Press Stylebook and Libel Manual. These items are clearly written and understandable. The excerpts on grammar will spare the student from many common grammatical mistakes, while A Guide to Punctuation, used by most of America's news media, will make those rules very easy to grasp.A copy of these documents has been placed on reserve in the SULC law library.
